Villa Allegra is a private beach residence located in Miami Beach, Florida. Designed by Chad Oppenheim Architect, Allegra is a beautiful beach villa which provides a flexible infrasturcture for the partisipation and enjoyment of the pleasure of life. The home features a multiple rooms, both interior and exterior that have been added to a one-story home to resulted a magnificence Miami’s tropical house. A Nice entrance at the front, the house is entered through a 20′x30′x30′ volume where a reflecting pool and oculus align to activate the space with reflection and luminance.

A large room was created to organizes the house into private and public realms. A tremendous spaces with an oversize windows overlook the pool and canal. A 60′x20′x20′ volume, at the rear of the home provides enclosure for outdoor living. There are also a large circular column contains an outdoor shower open to the sky. The second floor contains a sceduled courtyard garden, off the master bedroom, for private activities.
