Sideboards by Eric Degenhardt for Böwer

January 21, 2011 – 8:52 pm

German Manuacturer Böwer launched new sideboards by designer Eric Degenhardt at imm cologne. Six milimeter wooden sheets, a horizontal gap and the long tabular steel legs characterize the boards and give them a simple and clear graphical appearance. The slightly sloping fronts–and the overlapping side panels–dissolve the compact body, that is based on a 600 mm grid. The sideboards are resting effortless on slender legs–almost hovering. Veneered in elm, they are available in 1800 mm and 2400 mm length  – with doors, drawers or open compartments.
